WHAT I BUILD

Conviction.
Made real.

I build because an idea deserves to face reality. Someone must find it useful, choose it freely and receive enough value to come back.

MONEY IN EVERYDAY LIFE

ZenWallet & Zen Card

The useful questions begin with the person holding the money. How do I receive it? Where is it? What can I do with it? What will it cost me to use it?

I want the experience of managing and spending money to make sense to the person doing it. The technology has to earn its place by helping that person complete the task.

The customer comes first

BUSINESS PAYMENTS

ZenPays

A business needs to collect money, pay people and know what has settled. It needs understandable costs, usable records and a clear answer when something requires attention.

That is the commercial purpose behind ZenPays. I judge the proposition by how well the whole transaction serves the business using it.

THE WORK AHEAD / IN DEVELOPMENT

Atlas

Atlas is the routing and settlement infrastructure I am working towards: a way to bring funding, conversion, providers and settlement into a coherent outcome.

The ambition is to make better decisions about how value moves and to make those decisions useful to the customer. There is substantial work ahead. The thinking deserves to be clear before the claims become grand.

CINEMA & THE HUMAN SPIRIT

Blitzkrieg Films

A film gives an idea people, choices, conflict and consequences. That is part of what draws me to cinema, and to stories about individuals with something worth pursuing.

Blitzkrieg Films is my film production company. My interest extends to the business of entertainment: how creators reach audiences, how rights are used and how the value created finds its way back to the people producing it.

THE STANDARD I APPLY

Earn the
customer's choice.

Access to technology does not settle the question of what a business is worth. Competitors may buy the same infrastructure. The work is in the judgment we apply, the experience we create, the obligations we meet and the problems we can resolve.

I want the answer to be visible in the product and in the conduct of the business. A presentation can describe an intention. The customer gets to judge the result.
